Job Overview

• We are seeking an Agile Project Facilitator to join a project based in Lisbon with occasional trips to Spain.
• Main Responsibilities
• Removing Barriers: Identify and eliminate impediments and dependencies hindering the product team's progress.
• Agile Coaching: Implement Agile best practices, guide the team towards optimal performance, and reinforce Agile principles and values.
• Retrospectives and Follow-up: Ensure actions are defined during retrospectives and follow up on those actions.
• Supporting the Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner in refining User Stories.
• Ensuring Definitions and Scheduling: Guarantee adherence to the 'Definition of Ready' and 'Definition of Done,' and schedule all Agile ceremonies.
• Fostering Collaboration: Promote maximum collaboration within teams and with other teams.
• Protecting the Team: Shield the Agile Team from external influences.
• Requirements
• Experience as a Scrum Master: Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile methodology.
• Awareness of Agile Methodologies: Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Agile Software Development Frameworks: Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira and Confluence.
• Team-oriented Vision: Strong commitment to teamwork and proactive initiative-taking.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Very good communication skills and a high level of motivation.
• Availability and Flexibility: Availability and flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Reactivity, Autonomy, and Curiosity: Reactivity, autonomy, and curiosity to navigate complex situations.
• Scrum Master Certification (Desirable): Scrum Master Certification is desirable but not mandatory.
• Language Proficiency: A good level of English language proficiency.
