• Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum/Kanban processes for multiple development teams, ensuring adherence to principles, practices, and ceremonies.
• Cultivate a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within the team and across departments.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, emphasizing self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Guide the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor and track project progress, using Agile project management tools and metrics to ensure timely delivery and meet quality standards.
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and their practical application in software development projects.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are highly desirable.
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) training and experience is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. They should be proficient in using JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
