InnoWave is looking for a Project Manager, who will be responsible for the delivery of new customers.

The ideal person is going to manage the project’s team, plan and execute the delivery project, coordinate the activities, and report progress with the stakeholders, identify dependencies and iron out the details.

Project Manager

Responsibilities
Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget.
Understand customer’s business and technical requirements and assure that the suggested solution fits them.
Plan and execute accordingly taking corrective measures as required.
Work closely with internal and external various teams to achieve project goals.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Manage sprints and use relevant tracking tools.
Ensure resources availability and allocation.

Skills
Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or similar area.
Experience of at least 5 years as a Project Manager or equivalent in a technology company.
Experience in driving and detailing requirements for the Banking sector.
Team leadership in an Agile environment.
Experience in consulting.
Knowledge of Scrum, Scrum Master or similar certification is a plus.
Knowledge and experience in delivering Waterfall projects.
Experience in reporting to Director-level management.
Results and detail-oriented person.
Very good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility.
Portuguese is mandatory.
Good English level, spoken and written.
