• Your Key Responsibilities
• Partner with stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into actionable SAP-centric user stories and tasks.
• Verify adequate testing in SAP Solution Manager to ensure smooth releases.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, empowering team members to deliver high-quality work within defined iterations.
• Manage and track progress, proactively identifying and resolving impediments to ensure timely delivery.
• Champion Agile principles and practices, integrating them with standard release processes in our division.
• Continuously assess and refine the Agile framework to optimize project execution and maximize value delivery.
• Your Qualifications
• Degree in Business Administration, IT, or similar field.
• More than 3 years of experience as an Agile Master in various projects, preferably with SAP.
• Leadership and motivation skills, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work culture.
• Expertise in implementing Agile methodologies; SAP Solution Manager expertise is a strong plus but training will be provided.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
• Data-driven approach to project management, utilizing metrics and analytics for continuous improvement.
• Very good communication skills in English and preferably in Portuguese too.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
