About the Job

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of quality software products in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Scrum Master in an agile environment, with a strong background in cloud-based architecture.

• Responsibilities
• Lead and coach Scrum teams to deliver software products and features on time and within scope
• Ensure Scrum ceremonies are effectively facilitated and continuously improved
• Act as the main point of contact for all delivery-related matters
• Mentor and support Scrum teams to improve delivery processes and collaboration
• Facilitate the identification of bottlenecks and proactively remove obstacles
• Promote the adoption of agile best practices and drive accountability within the teams
• Collaborate with project managers to identify potential risks and issues affecting delivery timelines, quality, or team performance

• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Scrum Master in an agile environment
• Strong background in cloud-based architecture
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management software
• Knowledge of microservices design principles, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
