Job Description

The Senior Scrum Master will join the LNR Technology Client Engagement Area Team to support the delivery of Client Engagement solutions and applications to Richemont's Maisons. This is a unique opportunity to work on a major, multi-Maison, worldwide Salesforce initiative.

• You will be part of a dynamic team working on a complex, fast-paced project with high expectations.
• Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with Technical Team Leads, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
• A strong background in Marketing Cloud administration and development is essential, along with proven experience in Agile methodologies.

• Responsibilities
• Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Salesforce development teams.
• Coach the team on Agile principles and practices.
• Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress.
