We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Alium. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Critical Manufacturing MES project from planning to deployment.

• Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, timeline, and deliverables, ensuring clear expectations and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
• Implement ITIL and Agile methodologies, driving process improvements and efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Requirements:
• 8+ years of overall experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in MES project management - This experience is required

• Essential Skills:
• Critical Manufacturing MES ITIL
• Agile
• Scrum

• Desirable Skills:
• Manufacturing automation and analytics experience
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
