• Job Responsibilities
• As an Agile Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
• Business requirements analysis
• Participation in Agile practice sessions and SCRUM methodology
• Identification of improvement points in solutions
• Support in building the backlog
• Creation of user stories with detailed work done
• Development of algorithms in existing technologies
• Implementation of new dashboards in existing technologies
• Updating product documentation

• Requirements
• The ideal candidate should possess:
• Great analytical, organizational, and planning skills
• Experience in IS analysis and elaboration of acceptance criteria
• Experience in Software Architecture (a plus)
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum Mindset
• Excellent process communication skills
• Excellent communication skills and customer and team orientation
• Fluency in the Portuguese language
