Key Responsibilities
- The Product Release and Communications Manager is responsible for the following key areas:
- Business Requirements & Planning: Ensure that development planning aligns with business objectives and timelines, and review Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to ensure clarity.
- Sprint Management & Progress Monitoring: Track sprint progress, maintain and update sprint boards to reflect real-time progress, and identify misalignments and alert relevant teams to take corrective action.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Conduct testing to ensure all releases meet functional and quality standards, identify, report, and track issues until they are resolved, and seek to increase testing automation.
Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between development, business, and implementation teams to ensure smooth execution, follow up on escalated tickets, and ensure timely resolution. Documentation & Rollout: Update all relevant documentation and training materials post-development, coordinate with key users and Implementation Managers for structured rollout, and monitor rollout success through KPIs.
