Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Delivery Manager/Agile Coach. You should also have advanced experience with Jira and Confluence, solid language skills in English, and expert-level knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles. Additionally, you should have deep understanding of Lean principles, like Value Stream Mapping and Continuous Improvement.
