Job Description
The Scrum Master represents the leadership for our agile component, supporting the organization and project managers in carrying out various mandates across governance, architecture, and IT development projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, diplomacy, flexibility, adaptability, and influence to ensure the successful implementation of agile frameworks.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate effective leadership and facilitate team collaboration
- Gather needs for continuous improvement of the agile setting
- Provide leadership to the agile framework used by ensuring its proper application
- Help team members and partners manage themselves
- Assist the product owner in organizing and managing the product booklet
- Support the implementation team and partners in delivering functional increments
- Facilitate work organization and find solutions in case of blockers

Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires a university degree in Information Technology (IT) and at least seven years of IT experience, with five years as a Scrum Master. You should have experience with agile development approaches in large-scale projects and hold one of the agility-related certifications such as PSM or CSM.
