Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Agile methodologies, with experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead. They will have a solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum, XP, and Kanban. Additionally, they will be proficient in Agile estimating and planning, Scrum ceremonies and artifacts, and Agile practices related to software engineering.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead
• Scrum Master certified
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
• Experience with Agile estimating and planning, Scrum ceremonies and artifacts
• Proficiency in Agile practices related to software engineering (Automated Testing techniques, Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment, Test Driven Development)
• Excellent communication, analysis, and listening skills
• C1 level English proficiency
