Job Description:

A Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies is sought after to join our team in Lisbon.

• The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead roles.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban and other Agile frameworks;
• Excellent English skills (B2 level);
• Scrum Master certification;
• Experience with Agile Estimating & Planning, Scrum ceremonies and artifacts;
• Familiarity with Automated Testing techniques, Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment, Test Driven Development and metrics like Velocity vs Productivity;
• Proficiency in tools like Jira/Confluence;
• Support the Product Owner in effective product backlog management;
• Identify and remove impediments, ensuring a smooth workflow;
• Act as an internal coach to the team, promoting self-organization and agility;
• Experience in development is a plus;
• Great communication, analysis and listening skills;
• Software Craftsmanship's principles;
• Team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude and great openness to learn;

This is a contract position for 12 months (minimum), offering a hybrid work arrangement in Lisbon.
