• Collaborating with product owners, business analysts, and other internal teams to define, prioritize, and manage the delivery of features and user stories.
• Ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the delivery process.
• Mentoring and supporting Scrum teams to improve delivery processes, enhance collaboration, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identifying and addressing potential risks and issues affecting delivery timelines, quality, or team performance.
• Managing dependencies across teams or services to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
