The Project Execution department is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of our software projects. As an Agile team coordinator, you will play a crucial role in guiding our software development teams towards efficient and effective delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Agile Project Facilitator to join our Project Execution department. As an Agile expert, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile/Scrum/Kanban process for multiple software development teams. You will work closely with software developers, technical leads, SMEs, and other stakeholders to promote an Agile mindset and best practices.

• Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Caching and mentoring team members on Agile practices, emphasizing self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Identifying and addressing impediments or conflicts that may hinder the team's progress.
• Maintaining transparency, trust, and collaboration within the team and across departments.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are highly desirable.
