About the Role

• This position will be for a Junior Project Manager that embraces agile frameworks, resulting in quality product delivery and continuous improvement.
• Responsibilities
• Animate daily meetings and report on progress, blocking points, and delays in planning.
• Ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving the IT project's objectives in line with commitments made to Sponsors.
• Help the team work autonomously while improving.
• Participate in resolving issues and overcoming organization and process obstacles.
• Organize and facilitate project events and processes (such as quarterly PI planning).
• Required Skills
• Experience as a project manager and agile methodologies.
• Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira.
• Preferred Skills
• IT profile background: ETL knowledge, database knowledge.
• English proficiency: C2 level minimum.
