• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful delivery of key projects. In this role, you will manage multiple initiatives, working closely with clients to refine requirements and coordinate with tech teams following Agile principles.
• Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple projects, interacting with clients, and refining product requirements to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products that meet client expectations.
• Ensure Agile principles guide the product development process, focusing on iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and facilitating all Agile ceremonies.
• Validate and adapt solutions throughout development, maintaining stakeholder alignment on priorities and ensuring the product meets business goals.
• Selection Criteria
• Academic degree in relevant fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or Math.
• 3+ years of experience in agile project management.
• Ability to discuss trade-offs with the client based on data-driven insights, business priorities, and project constraints.
