Project:

Join a dynamic team managing multiple projects within the energy sector! You
will be responsible for strategic project planning, ensuring successful Sprints
and Releases, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Your Role
• & Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire a
• high-performing team.
• Define and track key project
• KPIs to ensure business success.
• Manage priorities, analyze
• challenges, and proactively unblock complex situations.
• Collaborate closely with the
• development team on Planning, Estimation, and Daily Meetings.
• Develop and implement
• strategies for tooling, workflows, governance, KPIs, and team staffing.
• Drive continuous improvement
• initiatives to optimize team efficiency.
• Oversee risk management and
• mitigation plans.
• Act as an escalation point
• and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.
• Provide clear and structured
• reporting to line and functional management.

• What
• We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in
• Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in
• Program/Project Management, leading development teams.
• Certification in Project
• Management methodologies (PMI, Agile, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team
• collaboration skills to drive results.
• Excellent communication
• skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluent in French
• (Mandatory).

• Key

• planning, and management.
