Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team working on cutting-edge software development projects in the renewable energy sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to sustainable technology solutions while driving agile practices and project delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality software solution delivery

• Coach and mentor software delivery teams across multiple modules in Agile practices to improve delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction

• Foster a positive team environment that promotes innovation, learning, and continuous improvement

• Work closely with Project Managers and Technical Leads to integrate software solutions effectively into projects

• Identify and resolve impediments blocking team progress, liaising with stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs

• Implement and optimize Agile methodologies and Lean principles to enhance team and organizational performance

• Drive the adoption of best practices in Agile project management and software development

Required Technical Skills and Certifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification

• Experience with Agile project management tools and techniques

• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and methodologies

Desired Experience Level and Background:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, Senior Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with a track record of successful implementation in software development environments

• Experience applying Lean principles, such as Value Stream Mapping and Continuous Improvement

• Background in renewable energy or related technical industries is a plus

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels

• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to inspire and motivate teams

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
