About the Job

• We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies and project coordination. The ideal candidate will:
• Hold a minimum of +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead;
• Be certified as a Scrum Master;
• Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban);
• Have extensive experience with Agile estimating and planning, Scrum ceremonies, and artifacts;
• Show proficiency in Jira/Confluence;
• Possess valued experience in software development.
