About the Role
You will be part of an international team at Vestas Technology & Operations > Research & Development > Project Execution department.
This department is vital to Turbine Control Software within Vestas Power Solutions.
As an experienced Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding software development teams, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions.
You will collaborate closely with software developers, technical leads, SMEs, and stakeholders to promote Agile methodologies and best practices.
Your expertise in Agile and proven leadership skills will contribute to seamless project execution.

Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile processes for multiple software development teams, ensuring adherence to principles, practices, and ceremonies.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, emphasizing self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Guide the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and address impediments or conflicts hindering team progress, working closely with stakeholders to find solutions.
Monitor and track project progress using agile project management tools and metrics to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Promote a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within the team and departments.
Continuously improve Agile processes by implementing best practices and lessons learned.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in Agile methodologies, and the wind turbine industry to bring innovative ideas and approaches to the team.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and their practical application in software development projects.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are highly desirable.
SAFe training and experience is advantageous.
Comprehensive leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills to ensure productive collaboration.
Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
