Vestas Technology & Operations is seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Delivery Manager to join our Project Execution department. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager/Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Master, with advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence. Expert-level knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles is also required, as well as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

The Agile Coach/Delivery Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. They will also work across Turbine Control Software modules to coach and mentor delivery teams in Agile practices, improving delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
