We need a skilled HR Agile Project Coordinator to support our Managed Services (MSS) project. As an Agile Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Tasks:
Support stakeholders and development teams in analyzing requirements and prioritizing tasks.
Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to improve digital HR processes.
Facilitate agile ceremonies like dailies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to foster open communication.
Monitor performance data to identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements.
Evaluate solutions against regulatory and market best practices, ensuring alignment with Human Resources policies.
Contribute to the transition and closure of the service, transferring knowledge to the client's internal team.
