Job Description

• Main tasks:
• Project planning: Define the scope, objectives, schedule and resources required for the IT project.
• Team management: Coordinate work teams, monitoring progress and motivating members to achieve objectives.
• Risk control: Identify potential risks that could impact the project and develop mitigation plans to manage these threats.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with all interested parties/involved in the IT project.
• Delivery of results: Ensure that project deliverables are delivered according to specifications.

Key responsibilities also include assessing the company's software needs and proposing IT solutions/projects to meet these requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

• To be successful as a Senior Project Manager at Bridge351, you will need to have:
• Minimum experience of 5 years (mandatory) in the role.
• Agile methodologies: Experience in methods such as 'Scrum' and/or 'Kanban'. Experience with agile project management tools.
• Project management tools: Proficient in using tools such as 'Microsoft Project' or other task and deadline management platforms.
• IT Technologies: Effective and extensive knowledge of software development technologies and practices (programming languages, databases), so that you can communicate effectively with technical teams (internal and external).
• Systems design: Knowledge of design patterns such as MVC, Microservices, Event-driven architecture, etc.
• Software architecture: Familiarity with distributed, scalable and high availability architectures.
• DevOps and CI/CD: Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery and automation.
• Version management and source code control: Familiarity with tools such as Git, TFVC, or other version control platforms.
• Familiarity with integration technologies ('BizTalk')
• Environment and infrastructure management: Familiarity with production, staging and development environments.
