We are seeking an experienced Service and Project Manager to oversee the management of client relationships, team performance, and project finances. This role requires over 5 years of experience in a similar position, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage both traditional and agile projects.
*Key Responsibilities**
Manage client relationships and ensure excellent communication
Oversee team performance and foster a productive work environment
Manage project finances, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
Monitor SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality service delivery
*Requirements**
More than 5 years of proven experience in the role
Technical degree, PMP, ITIL certifications, and agile methodologies are a plus
Experience in the Insurance industry is highly valued
