Tasks

Lead end-to-end delivery of eCommerce projects, with a strong focus on Shopify builds and integrations

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies or vendors to align on timelines and deliverables

Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and quality assurance

Provide clear and consistent stakeholder reporting and communication

Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams using tools like Slack, Jira, and Notion

Support the implementation of 3rd party integrations and marketing tools like Klaviyo

Advocate for Agile best practices and continuously look for delivery improvements

Requirements

5+ years as a Technical Project Manager or Digital Delivery Manager

Must-have: Hands-on experience with Shopify

Proven ability to manage external vendors and partners

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience with CMS tools, Klaviyo, and front-end frameworks

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Availability to work from 14:00 to 22:00 (Portugal time)
