At TN Portugal, we are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding our software development teams, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities

• We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and their practical application in software development projects.
• Facilitate the Agile/Scrum/Kanban process for multiple software development teams, ensuring adherence to principles, practices, and ceremonies.
• Cosch and mentor team members on Agile practices, emphasizing self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Guide the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and address any impediments or conflicts that may hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to find appropriate solutions.
• Monitor and track project progress, using agile project management tools and metrics to ensure timely delivery and meet quality standards.

The successful candidate will be able to promote a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within the team and across departments. They will also be responsible for continuously improving Agile processes by identifying and implementing best practices and lessons learned.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment is essential, along with in-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and certifications such as CSM or SAFe.

The ideal candidate will also possess comprehensive leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills are also required to ensure productive collaboration.
