• About the Job Description
• We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, Agile Coach or Scrum Master, particularly with hardware development teams.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in Jira and Confluence, including customization of workflows and reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, especially scaling Agile practices across teams (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), is also essential.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with global teams is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus) are necessary, along with Agile certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or ICP-ACC.
• A background in change management or organizational transformation can be beneficial.
• Additional Requirements:
• Proven experience with B2B enterprise products, particularly in logistics, automotive, or aeronautics;
• Experience with Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) in hardware environments;
• Strong ability to coach cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
