We are Theros Digital, a pioneering force in Internet Publishing, seeking an experienced Agile Project Coordinator to join our Engineering and Information Technology team.
About the Role

• This is a mid-senior level position that requires a strong background in Agile Methodology and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. As an Agile Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our Scrum Master in ensuring seamless project execution, facilitating communication among team members, and contributing to the development of process improvements.
• Key Responsibilities
• Supporting the Scrum Master in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitating effective communication among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and team members to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
• Contributing to the development of process improvements and recommending changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborating with the team to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruptions to project timelines.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Agile Methodology and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Previous experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role is highly valued.
• Solid knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Capacity for creativity, innovation, and problem-solving, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
