About the Role

• The successful candidate will play a key role in leading high-quality software product deliveries in a microservices-based environment.
• Leveraging flexibility to attend meetings on time outside regular working hours, as involvement in projects may be required.
• Guiding cross-functional teams to successfully deliver software products and features on time and within scope.
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) to ensure continuous improvement.

This includes serving as the main point of contact for all delivery-related matters, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in an agile environment, with a strong background in microservices-based architecture.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering software projects using the Scrum methodology.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
