We're seeking a seasoned Software Project Manager to lead our customer projects and drive the success of our software projects from design through market launch. With a strong background in software project management and experience working with cross-functional teams, this role will play a critical part in our team's success.

• This role will require effective collaboration with Engineering teams, Product Managers, and the Head of Program to develop and maintain project plans, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of customer requirements.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and schedules;
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications effectively;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success;
• Establish and maintain accurate records of project progress and finances;
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of customer requirements;
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members;
• Evaluate project success against defined criteria;
• Cultivate a positive and productive team environment.
• Requirements for Success:
• 5+ years of professional experience in Software Project Management, with expertise in agile methodologies and industry-standard software development practices;
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing requirements;
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and operating at scale with global products;
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Notion);
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is highly valued.
