• *Job Description**

A Senior Scrum Master will guide, coach, and motivate an agile team spread across the globe. The role focuses on the needs of team members and enables them to provide value to their customer/stakeholders with the goal of achieving results in line with the organization's values, principles, and business objectives.

• The ideal candidate will act as a change agent in the team and surrounding organization to help change culture and mindset. Key responsibilities include organizing and facilitating scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching the project team applying agile principles and practices, and ensuring that scrum and other relevant methods are understood and trained.
• *Required Skills and Qualifications**
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, economics, or related field
• Experienced and certified Scrum Master (ideally based on SAFe)
• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or other relevant role
• Profound knowledge of agile principles and methods
