Role Overview:

This position plays a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. As a Business Analyst at Decskill, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement business solutions that meet the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough analyses of business operations to identify areas for improvement.
2. Develop and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and optimize business outcomes.
4. Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on new processes and procedures.

Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
2. Proven track record of delivering business results through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to build strong relationships.
5. Fluency in English and French (at least B2 level).
