About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead agile development projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with our project managers, ensuring that all aspects of governance, architecture, and IT development are aligned. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding your team towards successful project outcomes.

• We're looking for someone who can provide guidance and support to our Scrum Masters, while also promoting continuous improvement within the agile setting. Your diplomacy, flexibility, and adaptability will enable you to navigate complex situations effectively.
• Key Responsibilities
• Demonstrate good leadership and synthesizing skills
• Gather needs for continuous improvement of the agile setting
• Provide leadership to the agile framework used
• Facilitate team meetings and planning sessions
• Ensure progress is communicated and tracked

You'll need to be able to manage competing priorities, think critically, and make informed decisions. If you have a passion for agile development and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the ideal role for you.

• Requirements:
• Hold a university degree in Information Technology (IT)
• Have a minimum of seven (7) years of IT experience
• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience as a Scrum Master
• Have been a Scrum Master in at least two (2) assignments using agile development approaches in a minimum 1000-person-day project
