About the Role

• The Agile Project Manager will lead our agile component, ensuring the smooth execution of IT development projects in governance, architecture, and realization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
• Demonstrating strong leadership skills, with the ability to synthesize and popularize ideas while maintaining high objectivity;
• Listening actively to gather needs for continuous improvement of the agile setting;
• Demonstrating diplomacy, flexibility, adaptability, influence, and good judgment;
• Providing leadership to the agile framework used, ensuring its proper application;
• Facilitating teamwork and partner collaboration;
• Assisting the product owner in organizing and managing the product booklet;
• Supporting the implementation team and partners in delivering functional increments;
• Identifying blockers and finding solutions;

• Qualifications:
• A university degree in Information Technology (IT);
• Minimum seven (7) years of IT experience;
• Minimum five (5) years as a Scrum Master;
• Experience as a Scrum Master in at least two assignments using agile development approaches in a minimum 1000-person-day project;
• A recognized agility-related certification;
• Three years of experience with DevOps and Jira; and
• Proficiency in both French and English.
