• Job Description
• The Scrum Master represents leadership for the agile component, supporting the organization and the Project Manager in various mandates, including governance, architecture, and IT development projects. Key responsibilities include:
• Demonstrate effective leadership, synthesizing complex information, and popularizing it while maintaining high objectivity;
• Listen well to gather needs for continuous improvement of the agile setting;
• Demonstrate diplomacy, flexibility, adaptability, influence, and good judgment;
• Provide leadership to the agile framework, ensuring its proper application;
• Help the team and partners manage themselves;
• Assist the product owner in organizing and managing the product booklet;
• Support the implementation team and partners in delivering functional increments;
• Facilitate organizing work and finding solutions in case of blockers;
• Assist the team in considering/establishing capabilities versus estimated work;
• Facilitate and plan team meetings;
• Stimulate team participation;
• E nsure the progress of the development team is communicated;
• Monitor progress of work;
• Track documentation and task status;
• E nsure team performance;
• Communicate issues within the team;
• Preserve the team.

• Requirements
• To be successful in this role, you should have:
• An university degree in Information Technology (IT);
• A minimum of seven (7) years of IT experience;
• A minimum of five (5) years experience as a Scrum Master;
• Experience as a Scrum Master in at least two (2) assignments using agile development approaches in a minimum 1000-person-day project;
• One of the agility-related certifications such as PSM, CSM or other;
• Three years of experience with DevOps (Asset: Jira experience);
• The ability to keep up with the latest and most advanced technologies and look for new ways to improve your work;
• A collaborative mindset where open communication is encouraged;
• The ability to do multiple tasks effectively;
• IC/CD experience using DevOps pipelines or similar technology;
• Proficiency in both French and English.
