Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outputs.Identify and resolve impediments blocking team progress.Work across Turbine Control Software modules to coach and mentor software delivery teams in Agile practices.Establish a positive and collaborative team environment.Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Tech Leads on the best integration of Software solutions into projects.
Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Delivery Manager/Agile Coach; Senior Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence.Solid language skills (verbal and written) in English are required.Expert level knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles, with experience implementing Agile practices in a software development environment.Deep understanding of Lean principles, like Value Stream Mapping and Continuous Improvement, with proven finished projects in applying them to boost team and organizational performance.
