As a Requirements Engineer, you'll play a vital role in identifying, analyzing, documenting, validating, and managing the needs and requirements for our logistics system's critical components. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, understand user needs, and work with a diverse team covering both business and IT areas.

• Main Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys, and observations to gather requirements from stakeholders, ensuring feasibility, completeness, and alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify needs.
• Differentiate and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop clear, concise, and testable requirements using user stories, use cases, or detailed specifications.

• Main Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Requirements Engineer in agile environments.
• Advanced knowledge of systems engineering and software development principles.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and MS Teams.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel abroad when necessary.
• Logistics experience is a plus.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
