• *Job Description**

As an Agile Transformation Expert (m/f) – Remote, you will live and breathe agile principles to help build high-performing teams. Your role as a Servant Leader will enable them to succeed, and you will ensure that Scrum and other relevant methods are understood and coached.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the needs of Team members are met, enabling them to maximize value delivery to their customer/stakeholders aligned with the organization's values, principles, and business objectives/strategy.
• Act as a change agent not only for the Team but also for Siemens as an organization, being an active force in our Agile Transformation.
• Guide the team to develop metrics and estimates, periodically evaluating the process to become better at making predictions and reducing risks.
• Promote Transparency by raising project/team risks whenever appropriate.
• *Required Skills and Qualifications**
• 2-5 years of proven working experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or other relevant role in the information technology sector.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills with advanced problem-solving skills.
• SAFe knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding hybrid environments and backlog management is a must.
