We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team working on software development projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients while driving agile practices and project delivery excellence. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, coaching and mentoring software delivery teams, and implementing Agile methodologies.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality software solution delivery
• Coach and mentor software delivery teams across multiple modules in Agile practices to improve delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Foster a positive team environment that promotes innovation, learning, and continuous improvement
• Work closely with Project Managers and Technical Leads to integrate software solutions effectively into projects
• Identify and resolve impediments blocking team progress, liaising with stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs
• Implement and optimize Agile methodologies and Lean principles to enhance team and organizational performance
• Drive the adoption of best practices in Agile project management and software development
