How You Will Contribute
As a Scrum Master in our Project Execution department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with our software development teams to promote an Agile mindset and best practices. Your expertise in agile methodologies and proven leadership skills will contribute to the seamless execution of our software projects.

About Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for facilitating the Agile/Scrum/Kanban process for multiple software development teams, counseling and mentoring team members on Agile practices, guiding the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks, identifying and addressing any obstacles or conflicts that may impede the team's progress, and monitoring and tracking project progress using agile project management tools and metrics.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment is essential. In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, is also required. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are highly desirable. SAFe training and experience are advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
