Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our E-Commerce team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Your key responsibilities will include:
• Developing project scopes and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders;
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time;
• Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques;
• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed;
• Managing customer satisfaction.
• Requirements

• To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in project management;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Scrum Master certification (PSMI or CSM);
• Knowledge and experience in scrum ceremonies;
• Adaptability and resilience;
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies;
• Agile methodology;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
