Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of high-quality software products in a microservices-based environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that product releases meet quality standards and align with business goals within tight deadlines. This position requires strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills to guide teams through the Scrum process effectively.

• The responsibilities of this role include:
• Leading cross-functional Scrum teams to successfully deliver software products and features on time and within scope.
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
• Serving as the main point of contact for all delivery-related matters to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• This position requires:
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in an agile environment with a strong background in microservices-based architecture.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering software projects using the Scrum methodology.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, etc.) is desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management software.
