As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives forward. You will be responsible for managing multiple squads, ensuring seamless collaboration between developers and testers. Your expertise in Azure DevOps will help optimize project workflows, while your cybersecurity knowledge will safeguard our clients' assets.

• Key Responsibilities:
• - Manage large teams using Agile methodologies
• - Implement effective project management practices using Azure DevOps
• - Identify and mitigate potential security risks in client tools
• - Collaborate with the Business team to understand their needs and develop solutions

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
