• *Job Description:** We are seeking a Scrum Master to integrate our teams for one of our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects within a financial group rooted in local communities, characterized by solidity, trust, proximity, and modernity. Our client provides a range of solutions, products, and services that cater to all financial and protection needs of families, businesses, and companies.

You will be responsible for training team members in adopting the Scrum methodology, working within deadlines and budgets, and ensuring that all Scrum members are aware of these issues. Your goal will be to minimize distractions and interruptions, enabling the team to work effectively.

This role requires an academic background in Computer Engineering or a similar field and at least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Experience in project management in the banking sector is valued, as well as expertise in agile methodologies and project management. Strong organizational and planning skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and good written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
