We're seeking a highly skilled Software Development Project Manager to join our PMO team at Descompagnons Trabalho Temporário Lda. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing large-scale development projects with complex workflows.
Project Overview

• Our typical projects involve 25-100 staff months and last between 4-12 months. You'll work closely with clients, account managers, analysts, developers, QA engineers, and support teams across the organization to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Key Responsibilities
• Manage development projects from initiation to delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and timelines
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership
• Maintain high-quality documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software development
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industry-standard software engineering practices and SDLC
