Agile Project Manager - IT Infrastructure

We are looking for a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to lead projects in the IT Infrastructure area.
About the Role:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Infrastructure area.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and risk management;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables;
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members, vendors, and stakeholders;
• Lead regular project meetings and ensure timely decision-making;
• Manage projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team;
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success;
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance;
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management in the Infrastructure area;
• Strong knowledge of System Administration, Databases, Network, Information Security, and Cloud;
• Experience working with Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.);
• PMP certification is an asset;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Creativity and innovation;
• Good English level.
