At Fujitsu, we empower our teams to drive digital transformation through agile methodologies. As a Scrum Master Lead, you will represent leadership for the agile component and support the organization and the Project Manager in carrying out various mandates.
About the Role

• This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT professional with a minimum of seven years of experience in IT and at least five years of experience as a Scrum Master. You should have been a Scrum Master in at least two assignments using agile development approaches in a minimum 1000-person-day project and hold one of the agility-related certifications such as PSM, CSM or other.
• Main Responsibilities
• Demonstrate good leadership and ease of synthesizing and popularizing while demonstrating high objectivity;
• Listen well to be able to gather needs for continuous improvement of the agile setting;
• Demonstrate diplomacy, flexibility, adaptability, influence and good judgment;
