As an Experienced Scrum Master Lead, you will be responsible for managing the organization of agile rituals, coordinating team work, monitoring indicators and producing reports. You will also ensure the skill level of the team to be assigned to tasks and work with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have significant professional experience of 5+ years in the field of agility and development, knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle, and experience in SAFe methodology and on projects in Scrum mode. You should also be able to motivate and coach your team on best practices to apply Agile methodology, possess strong organizational, prioritization, analytical skills, good influencing and communication skills, and the ability to 'make things happen' and challenge and overcome resistance.
