We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Leader to lead our software development efforts.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Software Development Leader, where you will be responsible for defining and delivering technical solutions that meet business requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include working closely with product owners to support the definition of requirements and user stories, designing technical solutions that support business needs, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile environment, communicating clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reports on project progress, risks, and issues, managing the development team's backlog by refining and prioritizing items, supporting roadmap and capacity planning, identifying and analyzing problems and issues that may affect the successful adoption of solutions, and constantly looking for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the final deliverables.

You will also be required to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to understand the big picture and pay attention to detail, exhibit an ability to think and understand systems from both functional and technical perspective and plan strategically, experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences, strong partnering skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment, strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills, professional English proficiency (written and spoken), and experience working in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team.
